If you have a morning appointment, you should not eat any strong or liquid foods after noon. Try not to chew gum. Drink 4 glasses of 8 ounces (960ml) of water or juice 75 minutes before the test as well as should not pee. Ensure you have a full bladder when you reach your appointment.
If you have booked an afternoon appointment for Ultrasound in Gurgaon, you should not have any liquid or solid food amid the 4 to 6 hours prior to the test. Try not to eat anything fatty on the day of the test. Try not to chew gum.
